Join us for the next installment in our Sunday Social Series, Grills Night Out! Daniel Scott from Ironwood Studios & Aespyre is bringing his custom made grills. Jessica Hammonds of Sister South Fine Foods & Robert Burkholtz will be cooking up a wonderful menu! Franklin and Erica will be out back as well making hot poked cocktails with hand pokers that Daniel has also custom made.
Daniel Scott custom builds not only the grills, but custom attachments for specific cooking methods. Daniel Scott is an Ornamental Ironworker at Aespyre. Aespyre is a design house and metal fabrication shop that specializes in custom furniture, prototyping, architectural and ornamental ironwork. A team of artists, designers and fabricators who share a common commitment to provide innovative and progressive works to clients ranging from homeowners to architects and builders.
Sister South Fine Foods started life when chef/owner Jessica Hammonds opened a small farm in Seymour, Tennessee in 2009. From the four acres that she called Organicism Farms, Jessica offered one of the earliest Community Supported Agriculture programs in Knoxville, sold Certified Naturally Grown produce at local farmers markets, and offered catering and private chef services focusing on seasonal food.
Today, Sister South Fine Foods aims to educate the community about the ease and beauty of eating locally and seasonally through catering and private chef services, gardening and cooking classes, pop-up restaurants, foraging walks, and menu planning.

Whiskey and Beer launch
Join us Thursday March 22nd at 5pm for the first release of PostModern Spirits' American Single Malt Whiskey along with Crafty Bastard's Malt Whiskey Barrel-Aged Hawaiian BBQ Pale Ale. This is a once-in-a-Knoxville event.
We are hosting the release of this year long collaboration between PostModern and Crafty Bastard. PostModern Spirits' malt whiskey is made from the same recipe as Crafty's Hawaiian BBQ Pale Ale. Now they are finally releasing their whiskey, and giving the used malt whiskey barrels back to Crafty to age their Hawaiian BBQ Pale Ale. Going from a beer to a whiskey to a barrel-aged beer. You'll be able to taste them both here at Public House! Supplies will be very limited, so get here early!
