Echo's Sous Chef Chip Meyer has been cooking for 20 years and preparing sushi for 8 years. His years of experience have brought him to his style of French Asian Fusion. He's been first runner up for Top Chef in Metro Pulse /The Mercury 3 years in a row and helped with the opening of Nama Sushi Bar.
